The Board of Directors of EURO HOLDINGS BERHAD ("EURO") is pleased to announce that a final dividend of 2.8 sen per Ordinary Share of RM0.50 less 27% Income Tax has been proposed in respect of the Company's financial year ended 31 December 2006. The proposed final dividend will be subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Third Annual General Meeting of EURO.
The entitlement and payment dates of the dividend will be announced at a later date.
