The Board of Directors of EURO Holdings Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Third Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at Tioman Room, Bukit Jalil Golf & Country Resort, Jalan 3/155B, Bukit Jalil, 57000 Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, 21 June 2007 at 10.00 a.m. The Notice of the AGM will be published in the "New Straits Times" on 30 May 2007.
