We refer to the announcement made on 29 May 2007 in relation to the Notice of the Third AGM of EURO Holdings Berhad and wish to advise that the entitlement date for the final dividend of 2.8 sen per Ordinary Share of RM0.50 less 27% Income Tax for the financial year ended 31 December 2006 appearing in the Notice of Entitlement and Payment of Final Dividend should be 29 June 2007 instead of 3 July 2007 as stated earlier.
Accordingly, the date of securities transferred into the Depositor's Securities Account before 4.00 p.m. in respect of the transfers should be 29 June 2007 instead of 3 July 2007 as stated.
